WHO WE ARE
A small team with a big heart
We’re a small company and rely on return business, which is why our customer service and guaranteeing our clients enjoy the holiday in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere is essential. It’s therefore vital to recognise the impact you will have.
Being part of the MGS Team is a fantastic opportunity to improve your skiing/snowboarding, your language and people skills, and to get the experience of living in a real French Alpine village for the winter.
THE ROLES
What We Recruit For
We recruit a small number of people each season to join the team in resort. The roles vary but all involve being on hand for our clients, getting out on the mountain, and making sure everyone has the best possible week.
Resort Representatives
The heart of the MGS operation. You will meet and greet clients on arrival, visit them throughout the week, handle any problems that come up, and help run our group skiing sessions and social events.
On the Mountain
Monday to Friday you will assist the ESF instructor who is leading the group during our afternoon sessions, where clients in groups based roughly on ability are guided in areas suited to their level.
Apartment and Operations Support
Ensuring everything runs smoothly. This may involve transfers, apartment cleaning and preparation, helping with ski fit, introducing clients to instructors, assisting with office logistics such as lift passes or restaurant bookings.
WHAT WE OFFER
What a season with MGS looks like
Fully furnished accommodation close to the pistes for the season.
Ski equipment for the season
Full insurance cover for the season, including off piste.
Season lift pass to Val Cenis and 4 other resorts in the Maurienne valley.
Apart from Saturdays, ski every day.
Travel to and from other resorts as required.
Transfer to and from Geneva airport at the start and end of the season.
